The staff were helpful in every aspect. The receptionist, Yamour, was always cute and her English was really good. The room was big and comfortable, just as we wished. The hotel was located in the heart of the city, near all the historical attractions. The tram station was just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very convenient for transportation. The breakfast selection was superb and the hospitality of the staff was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the metro line just a short walk away. The service was excellent, from the helpful staff at the reception desk to the attentive room service. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay.
